    Arxa IP is a small firm by design. A qualified attorney handles your instruction from receipt to grant — not a trainee working under nominal supervision, and not an account manager relaying messages. You deal with the person doing the work.

    Where we act directly, and where we coordinate

    • WIPO, as receiving Office and for the international phase under the PCT
    • The Unified Patent Court, where both our attorneys are registered representatives

    Beyond those, we coordinate through our established network of experienced attorneys. You instruct us once; we manage the associates, the deadlines and the correspondence, and report to you in one thread rather than several.

    We do not describe ourselves as a global firm. We are a European agent with reliable connections elsewhere, which is a more useful thing for you to know.

    We are patent and design attorneys. We usually refer trade mark work to specialists rather than handle it ourselves, and we are happy to make the introduction.
